

Ron represents corporate trust companies and the corporate trust departments of major banking institutions in various types of corporate finance transactions. His practice ranges from traditional unsecured indentures for both corporate and municipal debt, escrow, custody and agency agreements to more sophisticated novel types of secured project financings and asset-backed transactions involving companies and projects that are located in the U.S. and in numerous emerging markets around the world.
Prior to joining Pryor Cashman, Ron worked in the corporate trust department of The Chase Manhattan Bank. He leverages this past work experience with his legal training to provide his clients with a unique and comprehensive understanding of the issues facing indenture trustees.
