His practice ranges from traditional unsecured indentures for both corporate and municipal debt, escrow and agency agreements to more sophisticated novel types of secured project financings and asset-backed transactions involving companies and projects that are located in the U.S., Latin America, South America and Asia.
Before joining Pryor Cashman in 1998, Ron worked as trust officer in the corporate trust department of The Chase Manhattan Bank (1993-98). He leverages this past work experience with his legal training to provide his clients with a unique and comprehensive understanding of the issues facing indenture trustees.
