Danielle L. Schechner

Danielle Schechner practices in the areas of general corporate, business, commercial and securities law. After spending three years primarily working on public and private mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, Danielle broadened the scope of her corporate law practice during her in-house tenure where she managed the securities, general corporate and global commercial work of a large chemical company.

At Pryor Cashman, Danielle has been involved in a variety of matters, including:

• The sale of an apparel business for over $200 million
• Acting as outside counsel for a biotechnology company for all securities matters
• The sale of restaurants in New York, Arizona and Florida
• The creation of a joint venture to build a lifestyle center in New Jersey

Danielle is a 2000 graduate of Emory University School of Law, where she was a member of the International Law Journal.
