After spending three years primarily working on public and private mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, Danielle broadened the scope of her corporate law practice during her in-house tenure where she managed the securities, general corporate and global commercial work of a large chemical company.
At Pryor Cashman, Danielle has been involved in a variety of matters, including:
- The sale of an apparel business for over $200 million
- Acting as outside counsel for a biotechnology company for all securities matters
- The sale of restaurants in New York, Arizona and Florida
- The creation of a joint venture to build a lifestyle center in New Jersey
Danielle is a 2000 graduate of Emory University School of Law, where she was a member of the International Law Journal.
