Jonathan T. Shepard

Mr. Shepard’s practice focuses on complex commercial and entertainment litigation. Jonathan's work has included:

• Second-chair of trial team that successfully defended a specialty pharmaceutical company in a multimillion dollar breach of contract arbitration against a major banking and financial institution and obtained a dismissal of all claims against our client  
• Represented a famous radio personality and agent in a multimillion dollar contract litigation in which a favorable settlement was reached prior to trial
• Represented a major international telecommunications company in a multimillion dollar breach of contract arbitration concerning the construction of its fiber network
• Represented a major banking and financial institution in an adversary proceeding filed by Enron seeking to avoid millions of dollars in alleged preferential transfer
• Represented famous recording artist, global media company, major record label and director in a trademark and trade dress infringement action brought by a motorcycle daredevil legend; a favorable settlement was reached prior to trial

Jonathan is a 2001 cum laude graduate of Syracuse University College of Law, where he was Associate Editor of the Syracuse Law Review, a Dean’s Scholarship Recipient and a member of the Justinian Honorary Law Society.
