
Ms. Treanor is a real estate attorney with a focus on securitized commercial lending, purchase and sales, development and construction. She has represented borrowers in all aspects of real estate finance, as well as purchasers and sellers in the acquisition, development and operation of commercial properties. Ms. Treanor has special expertise in the representation of investment banks and other lenders in the origination and securitization of commercial real estate loans, including the representation of lenders in connection with the origination of large loans for securitization in pooled and single-asset transactions throughout the country.
Ms. Treanor is a 2000 graduate of Fordham University School of Law, where she was Associate Business Editor of the Fordham Urban Law Journal.
