Philippe specializes in protection and enforcement of copyright and trademark rights on a worldwide basis, and other trademark related matters inclusive of advising clients on the availability of trademarks for use and registration, representing clients in T.T.A.B. opposition and cancellation proceedings, pursuing, litigating and resolving issues of clients' trademarks and copyrights on a worldwide basis, preparing and negotiating licensing and settlement agreements, and resolving internet-related disputes.
