Lauren joined Pryor Cashman in 2005 as an associate in the Litigation Department, where she worked on a wide range of commercial and intellectual property disputes. She has since focused her main area of practice on real estate litigation, including complex commercial and residential lease disputes. Lauren has represented both landlords and tenants in connection with matters involving the Department of Buildings and the Environmental Control Board, rent stabilization, and holdover and non-payment proceedings.

Lauren earned her bachelor’s degree in 2001 from the College of the Holy Cross, where she majored in English Literature with a concentration in Renaissance and Medieval Studies. She earned her law degree from Fordham University School of Law in 2005, where she was Notes and Articles Editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal and participated in the Criminal Defense Clinic.
