Joseph L. Brasile

Joseph L. Brasile is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Real Estate Group. His practice encompasses a wide variety of real estate transactions, including:

• Sales and acquisitions of office buildings, multi-family properties, hotels, mixed-use properties, shopping centers, vacant land and air rights
• Commercial leasing of office and retail space, net leases, shopping center leases
• Financing (permanent loans, construction loans, coop and condo loans, conduit loans and mezzanine financing)
• Loan workouts
• 1031 tax-deferred exchanges
• Representation of joint ventures in assemblages and other development sites
• Negotiation of construction contracts and architects agreements
• Purchase and sale of high end and luxury residences, town houses, condominiums and cooperative apartments, including the preparation and negotiation of construction contracts, alteration agreements, engineering contracts and architects agreements with respect to the development and/or alterations thereof

Joseph is a 1996 graduate of Brooklyn Law School, where he was honored with the Dean’s Academic Achievement Scholarship.
