Sarah Selby joined Pryor Cashman in 2007 as an associate in the Banking and Finance Group. She has experience in a variety of banking transactions, including secured and unsecured lending, asset-based lending and acquisition financing.

Sarah is a 2005 graduate of Harvard Law School, where she was Line Editor for the Journal on Legislation.
