Dana W. Atchley

Dana is an associate in Pryor Cashman's Tax Group. Dana has experience structuring corporate and partnership transactions, including financing, mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, liquidations, and limited liability company formations. Dana's representative transactions include the acquisition by a state savings bank of a Thrift Holding Company and the cross-border financing of production costs for a motion picture filmed outside the U.S.
