Lloyd is a 2001 graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. While in law school, he was a recipient of the City Bar Association Minority Student Fellowship, an intern at the Internal Revenue Service (Office of District Counsel), and a member of the Cardozo Tax Clinic.
