Jennifer D. Silverman is a partner in Pryor Cashman's Intellectual Property and Information Technology Practice Group. Throughout her career, Jennifer has practiced at the forefront of emerging intellectual property issues. Her expertise spans all aspects of acquisition, utilization, enforcement, and defense of trademark, copyright, and related intellectual property rights. She advocates for clients as diverse as jewelry designers, food manufacturers, mobile entertainment providers, satellite manufacturers, authors, real estate developers, talent managers, physicians and veterinarians, chemical manufacturers, and restaurants.
Jennifer speaks on intellectual property topics at CLE seminars and at industry conferences and frequently publishes in legal journals.
Jennifer is a 1996 graduate of Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where she served as Managing Editor and Associate Editor for the Law Review.
