Patrick Sibley is a member of the Bankruptcy, Reorganization and Creditors’ Rights Group at Pryor Cashman. He focuses on the areas of creditors’ rights, bankruptcy reorganization and corporate restructuring.
Patrick has experience representing creditors, indenture trustees, secured lenders, administrative agents and corporations in bankruptcy reorganization and liquidation proceedings. In addition, Patrick has experience representing the corporate trust departments of major banking institutions on a wide range of corporate trust transactions, including front and back-end indenture, asset and security backed financings, escrow agreements, and various types of agency agreements.
Prior to attending law school, Patrick was an analyst at a boutique investment bank where he focused on commercial finance. He leverages this work experience with his legal training to gain a unique perspective on the various financial transactions he works on for the firm’s clients.
