Patrick Sibley

Patrick Sibley represents corporate trust companies and the corporate trust departments of major banking institutions. Patrick works on a wide range of corporate trust transactions, including front and back-end indenture work involving both corporate and municipal debt, asset and security backed financings, escrow agreements, and various types of agency agreements.

Prior to attending law school, Patrick was an analyst at a boutique investment bank where he focused on commercial finance. He leverages this work experience with his legal training to gain a unique perspective on the various financial transactions he works on.
