Robert M. Fleischer

Robert Fleischer practices in business litigation with a focus on bankruptcy. He has represented debtors, trustees and secured creditors in complicated chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. In addition, he has represented varied business and individual interests in all phases of complex litigation matters in state, federal and appellate courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation. Mr. Fleischer has extensive courtroom experience and has been lead trial counsel in numerous trials.
