Meghan Gentile is a corporate associate with experience representing corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies in a variety of general business matters, including mergers, acquisitions, securities, corporate financing, formation, governance and compliance.
Ms. Gentile graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2005 with bachelor’s degrees in political science and French.
She is a 2008 graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center where she served on the editorial board of the Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law as Symposium Editor, published an article, Hate Crime Regulation and Challenges, and moderated the Journal’s 2008 Symposium.
