Daniel Zatzman represents public and private companies on a broad range of corporate matters, including formation and governance, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, and securities issuance and compliance requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He also advises clients on issues related to franchising and licensing in accordance with federal and state laws.
Daniel is a 2008 graduate of Dalhousie University Law School (Canada), where he was Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Dalhousie Journal of Legal Studies. While in law school, Daniel worked in the legal department for one of North America and Europe’s leading natural and organic food companies.
Daniel is a 2005 graduate of The University of Western Ontario's Ivey School of Business, where he earned a B.A. Honors Business Administration with distinction.
