Melina Sfakianaki is an associate in Pryor Cashman’s Family Law Group where she represents clients in all areas of family and matrimonial law, which includes contested and uncontested divorce proceedings, child custody and access, spousal and child support, and the negotiation and drafting of pre-nuptial, post-nuptial and separation agreements. She is trained in Divorce Mediation and the Collaborative Divorce Process. Melina has represented clients in probate proceedings and estate litigation and also has a background in commercial litigation.
Melina is a 1999 graduate of Columbia University School of Law, where she was on the Editorial Board of the Columbia Journal of European Law and was a Student Editor and Student Judge with the Moot Court Program.
Before entering law school, Melina served as a teacher in the New York City Public School System and as a local administrator in the federal Head Start Program.
