Samson R. Bechhofer

Samson works extensively with developers in the sale and acquisition of commercial and residential properties. He also represents sponsors of cooperative and condominium offering plans and has experience in both the banking and commercial leasing field.

Samson recently spearheaded the team at Pryor Cashman that represented a joint venture in the acquisition and financing of 100 commercial properties in a single closing.

Samson engages in extensive representation of:

• Landlords and tenants in commercial leases
• Lenders and borrowers in mortgage financings
• Residential sellers and buyers
• Sellers and purchasers of multi-family and office building portfolios
• Sponsors of condo and coop conversions
