
Rachel Pasternak is an associate in Pryor Cashman’s Litigation Group. Her practice focuses on a wide range of litigation, including commercial litigation, intellectual property, defamation, post-matrimonial disputes, ERISA and white collar investigations.
Rachel served as a clinical intern for the civil division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York and as a legal intern for the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, Appeals Bureau.
Rachel is a graduate of New York University Law School, where she served as articles and note editor of the Journal of Legislation and Public Policy and was an Orion S. Marden Moot Court Competition qualified semi-finalist. For two semesters, she was also a teacher in the Prisoners’ Rights and Education Project.
Rachel handles a number of pro bono cases each year and was named to the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania Pro Bono Roll of Honor in 2007, 2008 and 2009.
