
Larry Spector is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Corporate Group and has over 25 years of experience representing clients in connection with venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, including PIPEs and shelf registrations, as well as private equity fund formation and related 1940 Act matters.
Larry has represented a variety of clients, including public and private companies, venture capital and private equity funds and other investors, counseling them in all aspects of general corporate representation, including entity selection and formation, limited liability companies, employment and compensation matters, licensing and distribution agreements and other contracts, borrowing and lending, reorganizations and recapitalizations and compliance with securities laws.
