Saritha Reddy is a member of Pryor Cashman's Litigation Group. She is knowledgeable in various areas of law and her practice is devoted to a wide range of commercial and financial services litigation.
Saritha has experience handling litigations in both federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings. She has represented clients in large commercial disputes including hedge fund litigation, lending fraud, banking liability, securities fraud, drug pharmaceutical actions, real estate and landlord/tenant disputes, and other commercial contract disputes.
Saritha is a 2007 graduate of Fordham University School of Law, where she was a Wormser Moot Court Competition Finalist and an Archibald Murray Public Service Award Recipient. While at Fordham, Saritha participated in the Fordham Mediation Clinic, acting as a Court-Appointment Mediator in Queens County Small Claims Court, and also had a judicial externship with the Justice Doris Ling-Cohan of the New York Supreme Court.
