Michael H. Levison

Michael Levison represents both secured and unsecured creditors in connection with a wide array of commercial disputes, including default-based workouts and commercial real estate foreclosures. Mr. Levison frequently represents institutional lenders, collateral managers, equipment lessors and other asset based lenders regarding loan and lease enforcement litigations pending in New York, as well as in courts throughout the United States.

Mr. Levison has successfully obtained on behalf of creditors:

• Favorable pre-litigation modification and repayment terms 　
• Entry of pre-judgment remedies, including seizure, attachment and appointment of temporary receiver
• Judgment or favorable settlement terms
