Dennis excels in counseling clients on thorny transactions with complex structuring requirements. He is known for his ability to uncover hidden value in real estate assets, and his creative structuring of transactions including the “Sale-Condo Back”, in which an owner sells property to a developer who then conveys a piece of the property back in the form of a commercial condo.
His clients include a wide range of prominent local owners and developers. Several of Dennis’s recent matters involve development projects in the High Line and Meatpacking Districts, two of the fastest-growing neighborhoods in New York City.
