Darius Zolnor is an associate in Pryor Cashman’s Litigation, Entertainment, Media & Communications and Intellectual Property groups. He represents an array of film, broadcasting and publishing industry clients, a roster which has included Sylvester Stallone, Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, Courtney Love, Mariah Carey, dick clark productions, 19 Entertainment, Milk Studios, Sony/ATV Music Publishing and EMI Music Publishing, among many others.
Darius handles a wide variety of disputes, including defamation, privacy, right of publicity, contract, trade secret, patent and trademark lawsuits. Darius also routinely advises clients in pre-litigation matters. His experience includes extensive work at all phases of litigation, from inception through trial, as well as mediation and arbitration. Darius also has worked on many appeals in both state and federal courts.
Darius is a 2006 graduate of the UCLA School of Law, where he was Managing Editor of the Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs and a staff member on the Entertainment Law Review.
