Alexandra Certilman Kay

Alexandra Certilman Kay is an associate in Pryor Cashman's Litigation Group. She joined the firm in 2006 after being a summer associate in 2005. Alexandra has been involved in a wide variety of litigation, including in the areas of real estate, intellectual property, entertainment, antitrust and other complex commercial matters.

Alexandra is a 2006 graduate of Fordham University School of Law, where she was Associate Writing and Research Editor for the Fordham Urban Law Journal. While in law school, Alexandra was a judicial intern for the Honorable John F. Keenan in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
