Ralph G. De Palma

Ralph De Palma practices in all areas of the entertainment industry, including music, film and television. Ralph has extensive experience representing clients in the sale, acquisition and financing of entertainment companies, record catalogues, publishing catalogues and other intellectual properties. He has represented numerous clients, including lenders, in connection with intellectual property securitizations, secured lending transactions and income stream sales.

Ralph also represents international recording artists, composers, producers, actors, screenwriters, new media technology companies, television production companies, personal managers, promoters, record companies, music publishers, investors and entrepreneurs in various transactions, new media applications and dispute resolution.
