Stacey M. Faraci

Stacey Faraci is an associate in the Litigation Group. She represents clients in complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, intellectual property and entertainment litigation and also handles cases involving defamation claims and real estate matters. She has experience in both state and federal courts as well as in arbitration and mediation. Stacey representative matters include: 

• Obtained a favorable settlement for internationally known DJ in a multi-million dollar trademark infringement and breach of contract action against major entertainment venue
• Representing major motion picture studio in a copyright infringement action concerning the content of a recent blockbuster 
• Representing major hip-hop music label in litigation against infringer of various of its trademarks which obtained dismissal of all counterclaims filed against the label 
• Represented an apparel manufacturer in litigation against company responsible for the branding and licensing of client’s merchandise and reached a favorable settlement prior to trial

Stacey is a 2002 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, where she was a Dean's List student. She did her undergraduate work at Fairfield University, where she was a member of the Sigma Tau Delta English International Honor Society and Psi Chi, the National Honor Society.
