212-798-6941Steven’s practice encompasses a broad spectrum of real estate transactions, including sales and acquisitions of commercial and residential properties, development, financing and leasing. He has experience representing purchasers and sellers of various types of commercial real estate, including shopping centers, hotels and office buildings, as well as representing sponsors in condominium offering plans and sales.
Steven is a 2006 summa cum laude graduate of Touro College - Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where he was Research Editor for the Touro Law Review. While in law school, Steven was a judicial intern for the Honorable William H. Pauley III in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
