212-798-6909Michael Fruchter represents corporate trust companies and the corporate trust departments of major banking institutions in connection with the roles of those institutions in different types of corporate trust transactions. Michael’s practice ranges from traditional corporate trust transactions, such as front and back-end indenture work involving both corporate and municipal debt, escrow agreements and various types of agency agreements to more sophisticated transactions including asset and security-backed financings.
Michael also has extensive experience working on novel types of project finance deals involving companies that are located in the United States, Latin America, South America, and Asia.
