Joshua R. Lake

Joshua Lake's main area of practice is general corporate and business law, with a focus on public and private mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, finance, and corporate formation and governance matters. Joshua's experience at Pryor Cashman includes represenation of:

• Media, apparel, technology and communications companies as outside general counsel in connection with a wide range of general corporate matters
• A national transportation and logistics provider in connection with its acquisition of a regional logistics provider and as outside general counsel in connection with general corporate matters and equity and debt financing
• An international bank as outside general counsel in connection with its corporate restructuring
• Domestic and international hedge funds and hedge fund managers
