

Tina concentrates her practice in the area of bankruptcy reorganization and related litigation. She has a broad range of experience in representing various stakeholders in all aspects of the Chapter 11 process, including creditors’ committees, secured and unsecured creditors, indenture trustees, and Chapter 7 trustees. Tina has extensive litigation experience in the areas of preferences, fraudulent transfers, and director and officer liability.
Tina has recently represented indenture trustees in the major Chapter 11 cases of Tropicana Entertainment, American Home Mortgage, HomeBanc Mortgage, Insight Health Services, Calpine, Asarco, American Business Financial Services, WorldCom, Kaiser Aluminum, Northwestern, Frontier Insurance, Wickes, Trenwick America, Avado Brands, Budget Group, Kmart, and Petroleum Geo-Systems, and counseled these clients in their fiduciary capacity as creditor committee members, as well as in their individual creditor capacities, on the full range of bankruptcy and related issues presented in these engagements.
