

Steven J. Pierce joined Pryor Cashman in 1993 and has been a partner with the firm since 1999. His practice area is general corporate and commercial law, with particular concentrations in public and private mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions. He also has extensive experience in private equity and venture capital financing transactions for established and newly-formed business entities.
In addition, Steven advises clients on structural, financing and governance issues associated with varied entities, including corporations, joint ventures, partnerships, limited liability companies and similar alternative business entities. He provides services to clients in varied industries, with a significant number in the technology, computer software, media, entertainment, apparel, publishing and other similar industries.
Steven graduated from University of Maryland School of Law in 1990, where he was Order of the Coif and Articles Editor of the Law Review.
