212-798-6316Jacob Radcliff is an experienced courtroom advocate and appears regularly in the N.Y. Supreme Courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He also has experience in appeals, arbitration, mediation and non-binding dispute resolution.
In addition to advising clients with regard to litigation, Mr. Radcliff counsels corporate and individual clients on a wide variety of issues, including intellectual property, interested transactions by corporate officers, executive compensation, real property and contract.
