Pryor Cashman LLP currently has an opening for a Litigation Associate, class of 2006, with substantial litigation experience in a New York law firm.  Excellent professional and academic credentials are required. Top tier law school preferred; New York bar admission required. Top-notch research, analytical, writing and advocacy skills a must. The candidate must have substantial experience in complex business litigation including motion practice, drafting and responding to discovery and defending and taking depositions.  The ability to work effectively with staff, attorneys and clients in a team-oriented, collegial environment is required. Submissions are only being accepted from candidates directly.
