Pryor Cashman hires every associate with the hope and expectation that the associate will have a long and successful career with our firm. In the last two decades, when many mid-sized firms in New York started closing their doors or merging with larger firms, our firm has regularly elevated our associates to partnership. In 2006 and 2007 alone, nine associates were promoted to partner at Pryor Cashman.
