• Europe’s largest retailer in leasing transactions throughout the U.S., including Flagship Stores on Fifth Avenue in N.Y. City, North Michigan Avenue in Chicago and Powell Street in San Francisco, as well as the Canadian Flagship Store in Eaton Centre in Toronto
• Spanish retailer in leasing transaction for U.S Flagship Store in SoHo, N.Y. City, Las Vegas and numerous other U.S. locations
• Several luxury brand Italian retailers in leasing transactions for Flagship Stores in New York City and numerous other U.S. locations
• Internationally renowned U.S. based high-end clothing retailer in rollout of more than a dozen stores throughout the U.S.
• International athletic footwear retailer in connection with the amendments of over 350 leases purchased in a bankruptcy proceeding for locations throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
