- Europe’s largest retailer in leasing transactions throughout the U.S., including Flagship Stores on Fifth Avenue in N.Y. City, North Michigan Avenue in Chicago and Powell Street in San Francisco, as well as the Canadian Flagship Store in Eaton Centre in Toronto
- International Luxury brand group in multi-state, multi-lease transactions throughout the U.S., including major leases in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, Dallas and New York City
- Spanish retailer in leasing transaction for U.S Flagship Store in SoHo, N.Y. City, Las Vegas and numerous other U.S. locations
- Several luxury brand Italian retailers in leasing transactions for Flagship Stores in New York City and numerous other U.S. locations
- Numerous restaurant tenants in leasing transactions, including in New York City, Long Island, N. Y., and Las Vegas
