• Representation of commercial lenders in connection with asset-based senior loan facilities for entertainment companies (including revolving corporate credit lines for film distribution and production entities, “slate” deals and single picture financings)
• Several structured debt transactions between a hedge fund and entertainment companies doing business both in the U.S. and abroad
• Acting as the placement agent for funding of approximately $100 million for a joint venture between a hedge fund and a specialty lender
• Loans to provide financing for film library acquisitions
• Loans and credit enhancement for P&A costs
• Loan facility (including bridge loan facility) finance production of a slate of feature films
• Represented songwriting team in one of the first songbook asset securitizations – a transaction that drew on the firm’s experience with securitizations of Mexican accounts receivables and pharmaceutical royalties
• Represented borrowers and lenders in connection with general corporate financing for music industry companies
• Represented a completion bond company participating in the financing of a slate of video games
• Represented theatrical producers and investors in connection with the financing of live stage plays
