- Obtained award for all commissions sought on behalf of talent manager against actor in management contract dispute
- Obtained reversal in N.Y. Court of Appeals of lower court ruling against record producer on royalty claims made by 1960's vocal group. In precedent-setting opinion, Court adopted our arguments that party obtaining ownership of property through a contract has the absolute and unrestricted right to use that property in any way it chooses, subject only to express contractual limitations on such use, and that a party is only entitled to compensation for uses of property for which an agreement expressly provides compensation
- Successfully represented internationally known hip hop artist in litigation brought by promoter who claimed that booking agent, without artist’s knowledge or consent, had actual or apparent authority to bind that artist to appear and perform at concert
- Represented major television personality in claim brought against her by business associate claiming to be entitled to management fees
