Pryor Cashman partner James Janowitz and counsel Wilder Knight have been selected for inclusion in The Legal 500 – Intellectual Property, Technology, Media & Telecoms. Janowitz and Knight were nominated by corporate counsel as being among the leading film production and finance lawyers in the United States.

The publication notes that Pryor Cashman “is recommended for a broad range of film production and finance matters” and “has a national and international reputation for its film work.”

Janowitz is described as “a client favorite” who is a “terrific legal advisor” with a “broad rolodex of contacts in the film industry.”  As noted by The Legal 500, Janowitz “knows the entertainment business – the mathematics of it, the business of it and the legalities of it.”

Knight, who speaks fluent German, is cited for the work he has done for “a strong German clientele” in relation to U.S. film and entertainment matters.
