Pryor Cashman represented Henry Schein, Inc., a Fortune 500 company and worldwide distributor of dental, medical and veterinary healthcare products, in its successful acquisition of certain assets of Discus Dental Software, a developer of dental practice management software, in a transaction which closed on May 11, 2007. Corporate partner Rich Frazer led the Pryor Cashman team, which was comprised of partners Bob Goodkind and Jeff Johnson and associates Michael Campoli and Melissa Tomkiel.
