Leasing Specialist Bradley A. Kaufman Rejoins Pryor Cashman After 11-Year Absence
Brings Impressive Client List of Retail Establishments, Property OwnersNew York, NY (June 18, 2007) – Bradley A. Kaufman, one of the nation’s pre-eminent transactional real estate attorneys specializing in retail and office leasing, has rejoined Pryor Cashman after an 11-year hiatus, bolstering the firm’s already prestigious real estate practice.Kaufman brings to Pryor Cashman his roster of name-brand national and international retail tenants, as well as prominent regional owners and developers of retail, office and industrial property.
Kaufman, who left Pryor Cashman in 1996, comes from the New York City office of Lowenstein Sandler and brings with him Andrea R. Gendel, who will be of counsel to Pryor Cashman. Gendel, who was counsel at Lowenstein Sandler, also previously served as assistant corporate counsel at Kumon North American Inc., in Teaneck, NJ, where she handled real estate and general business matters.

Kaufman has also been a panel member and faculty chair for International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the American Corporate Council Associations and the Practicing Law Institute symposiums and seminars.
He is co-chair of the Real Property Section of the New York State Bar Association and a member of the Bar’s Commercial Leasing Committee. He has authored numerous book chapters and manuals on leasing issues.
Kaufman received his law degree from Fordham University and B.A. from Hamilton College.
