Partner Ronald Sarubbi Makes Presentation To Corporate Trust Professionals At BONY

Pryor Cashman Corporate Trust Partner Ronald Sarubbi, along with Michael Fruchter and Sean Connery of the Corporate Group, made a presentation to over 50 Corporate Trust Professionals at The Bank of New York on May 7, 2008.
The presentation, entitled Trustee’s Annual Reports To Securityholders, was part of The Bank of New York’s Lunch and Learn Training Session series. Sarubbi, Fruchter and Connery spoke about The Trust Indenture Act and the statutory requirement for the Trustee to perform an annual review and the kinds of issues and relationships the Trustee needs to identify in its review and to potentially report to the securityholders.
