Pryor Cashman Real Estate Partner Bradley A. Kaufman and Counsel Andrea R. Gendel represented the new owners of the retail portion of 666 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY in a 20,000 square foot lease to Abercrombie & Fitch for space presently occupied by Brooks Brothers.

The transaction, which was reported in the July 9, 2008 edition of Real Estate Weekly, closed the first week of July 2008.
