Pryor Cashman Counsel Andrea Gendel, a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group, will be honored by the New York-based Legal Aid Society as a recipient of the society’s 2008 Pro Bono Awards for outstanding service to the society. Every year, Legal Aid, the country’s oldest and largest provider of legal services to the indigent, recognizes the outstanding work of volunteer lawyers who participate in the society's Pro Bono program.

The awards ceremony will be held on October 8, 2007. The Honorable Judith S. Kaye, Chief Judge of the N.Y. Court of Appeals will be presiding over the event and presenting the awards.
