Pryor Cashman Corporate Trust Partner Ronald Sarubbi, along with associates Michael Fruchter and Sean Connery of the Corporate Group, made a presentation to over 50 Corporate Trust Professionals at The Bank of New York Mellon on November 6, 2008. 

The presentation, entitled “A Heightened Awareness of the Trustee's Role in Secured Transactions”, was part of The Bank of New York Mellon’s Lunch and Learn Training Session series. Sarubbi, Fruchter and Connery spoke about Debt Service Reserve Accounts, Letters of Credit, the Uniform Commercial Code, and the Trustee’s need to diligently perform careful document review in secured transactions and related issues that a Trustee can encounter in today’s tumultuous credit market environment.
