Pryor Cashman represented Henry Schein, Inc., a Fortune 500 company and worldwide distributor of dental, medical and veterinary healthcare products, in its successful acquisition of certain assets of Ocean Medical Supply, Inc., a marketer and distributor of medical and laboratory equipment and supplies to physicians. The transaction closed on November 3, 2008. Corporate partners Robert Goodkind and Rich Frazer and associates Michael Campoli and Melissa Tomkiel worked on the transaction.
