Partner Robert Ray appeared on Bloomberg’s Morning Call with Carol Masser on December 9, 2008 to discuss the criminal complaint filed against attorney Marc Dreier and the parallel SEC enforcement proceedings.

Ray, who is a former Assistant U.S. Attorney and served as Independent Counsel for several years, discussed the bizarre set of circumstances allegedly set in motion by Dreier, the head of a prominent New York City firm, who allegedly duped hedge funds to transfer approximately $100 million into the firm’s attorney trust account, which is now the subject of a temporary restraining order requested by the SEC and pending criminal securities fraud charges against Dreier.
