Pryor Cashman Corporate Trust Partner Ronald Sarubbi, along with Michael Fruchter and Sean Connery of the Corporate Group, made a presentation to over 100 Corporate Trust Professionals at The Bank of New York Mellon on May 12, 2009. Attending by teleconference were relationship managers from offices in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Texas and Toronto.   

The presentation, entitled Trustee’s Annual Reports To Securityholders, was part of The Bank of New York Mellon’s Lunch and Learn Training Session series. Sarubbi, Fruchter and Connery spoke about The Trust Indenture Act and the statutory requirement for the Trustee to perform an annual review and the kinds of issues and relationships the Trustee must identify in its review in connection with its annual reporting to securityholders.
