Super Lawyers Names Tom J. Ferber and Brad D. Rose Among Top Intellectual Property Attorneys In Business Services

Rose, have been selected for inclusion on the Super Lawyers 2009 Listing of Top Attorneys In Business Services. The listing appears in the Corporate Counsel edition of the publication.
Ferber and Rose, like all of the attorneys on the list, were selected through an extensive process based on peer nominations, blue ribbon panel review and independent research.
Ferber was listed among the top Intellectual Property Litigators. He represents a variety of clients in the entertainment, publishing and other industries in copyright infringement, trademark, trade dress, false advertising, unfair competition, right of publicity, privacy and defamation actions. Ferber's practice includes commercial, intellectual property and entertainment litigation. He also counsels clients in risk evaluation in these areas and strategies for minimizing exposure, particularly motion picture studios and errors and omissions insurers needing to determine the insurability of potential film and television projects.
Rose was listed among the top Intellectual Property attorneys. He is Chair of Pryor Cashman's Intellectual Property Group and specializes in the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights in the nature of trademarks and copyrights. Rose also leads the firm’s Branding, Licensing and Enforcement practice area. His client roster includes individuals and entities in the entertainment industry, including recording artists, actors and actresses, fashion designers, apparel and beauty companies, and trademark licensors/licensees involved in a multitude of different consumer product and service businesses.
