Pryor Cashman Senior Litigation Partner Tom Ferber was interviewed by FoxBusiness.com LIVE on July 13, 2009 regarding the nomination of Judge Sonia Sotomayor to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Ferber, who had appeared before Judge Sotomayor on various occasions, shared his impressions of the Judge with hosts Robert Gray and Kelsey Hubbard. The interview took place on the same day that the Senate Confirmation Hearings began.
