Pryor Cashman Represents Bank Of New York Mellon In Major International Bond Offering

EcoPetrol, Colombia’s state oil company, had its first international bond offering on July 23, 2009 when it issued bonds worth $1.5 billion. The bonds will mature in 10 years at an interest rate of 7.625 per cent. 

Pryor Cashman client Bank of New York Mellon was the offering’s Indenture Trustee. Partner Ronald Sarubbi and Counsel Michael Fruchter represented Bank of New York Mellon in the transaction.
